Flexible space for your business with access to a loading bay, with a bustling community included! Our spaces are super flexible with a variety of uses: It could be for an e-commerce company as a packing + shipping hub, an Etsy seller looking for a maker's space, a local business looking for a small warehouse or a creative looking to create their own studio.

Each workshop has 24 hour access with accessible loading bay in a secure building with parking. Workshop space at FOUNDRY is only currently available at FOUNDRY Orpington.
