Hey, we are FOUNDRY, a new workspace in Walthamstow, located right next door to F45 at Blackhorse Road. We offer wellness studios, private offices and a coworking lounge for you to work from and grow your business.
As well as the perfect, affordable space for your business, FOUNDRY offers business events which focus on growth. From networking events to marketing seminars, these events are curated by our team and members to help freelancers get more work, startups build connections and established businesses expand.

We are holding an Open Day for the awesome members of F45 on Thursday 9th May, from 8:30am-5pm.
As a member of F45 we want you to pop in + show you around FOUNDRY. You are more than welcome to work from our Coworking Lounge for the day, with access to super-fast wifi, free tea + coffee and more.
