Our plan: Take one large space and break it up into 30 different smaller spaces, from wellness suites to larger office space, from a studio to make homemade products to a small warehouse for packing and shipping.

  • We are open to different types of uses in the space including: Artists Studios, Creative Studio, Wellness Suites, Large Offices, Micro Warehouse, Workshops, Shipping and Packing, Fitness Studios + Appointment-Only Retail to name a few.

  • FOUNDRY's main location is within The Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole Town Centre, and we will be expanding within the shopping centre to a vacant space close to the bus station.

  • We are confirming final plans and asking for interested businesses to get in touch below, with the aim of opening in April-June 2025.

  • There will be around 30 spaces spread out over two floors.

    On the Ground Floor, there will be different sized spaces for larger offices, workshops and small warehouses - anything with a 'harder' use.

    On the 1st Floor, there will be wellness suites, provided with sinks/water for beauty, therapists, hair and more.
