Emily is a business strategist and sales coach based in Bournemouth specialising in helping business owners harness the power of onlines sales and marketing.
She has helped hundreds of founders grow their businesses and make more money doing what they love‘I’m excited to be joining Foundry so I can make more in-person connections and feel part of the amazing creative community that Bournemouth and Poole has to offer.’

Liz Naulis
Liz Naulls is a Dorset native, having grown up just outside Poole and returning in recent years with her husband and four-year-old daughter in tow. After a career in corporate roles across the UK and abroad, Liz now runs her own management consulting business, specialising in technology and digital healthcare.
‘I love the flexibility of remote working, untethered to the 9-5, but I really miss the creativity and interaction you get in a physical office space. Being surrounded by like-minded co-workers is hugely motivating. Re-drawing the boundaries between work and family life (without the long commute) is also a massive bonus. I can’t wait for Foundry to open!’

Ian is a member of the Vault X team at FOUNDRY. An important part of the tight knit team who have changesd the way card collectors and players protect their pieces.

This is Josh of Cordoba Rewards; Josh is the Operations Supervisor who keeps everything running like clockwork. Aside from their online reward and loyalty programmes they also provide branded products and corporate gifting solutions that add a personal touch to any business relationship.

Luke Gniwecki is VP of product at LandVault.

Lee Taylor
Lee Taylor is the Marketing & Business Development Director at the south coast law firm Steele Raymond and specialises in helping business leaders drive change, find their voice and grow their businesses successfully.

Heidi Munro
Heidi, alongside a very experienced team of Directors, leads growth, strategy, marketing, and events at Brymor Group Southern who are a privately owned regional principal contractor.
She’s an advocate for women in construction and works closely with colleges and schools to show our next generation of people that it’s not all about ‘nails and hammers’.

Joe Hayes
Joe is better known by his instagram handle ‘Kindful Creative’ and is a content creator for businesses and influencers across the UK. He specialises in photography, videography and social media, but also works with his clients to build and develop marketing strategies that help them reach their business & financial goals.

Chris and Reanna are a powere pair, otherwise known as ‘Living Our Memories’ thanks to their thriving travel instagram page and blog, where they explore the world together and showcase the best secret spots for tourists.

Peter Morris is the co-founder of Vault X, a hugely popular manucacturer of accessories for trading cards and other collectables, trading throughout Europe and North America.
‘We’re excited to start our time at FOUNDRY. As Poole locals, we’ve seen the town go through many changes in our lifetime, and it’s good to see it getting the investment and love it deserves. What makes FOUNDRY unique is their willingness to both embrace and champion ‘local,’ whether that’s our somewhat questionable architecture, our beautiful beaches or the varied companies that call Poole home. APARO is a remote business so I don’t get to see my team face-to-face that often, but I hope that this will allow us to come together a little more. I am also passionate about the regeneration of Poole town centre and am really excited to be a part of it through this space.’
